Order processing in our online-shop: |

| 1. | Place the item you want in your basket and proceed to “Checkout”. |
| 2. | You must first register as a new customer. Existing customers may log in directly. If you do not wish to register you can also submit the order form as a guest. (We take your personal data seriously. Read more about this in our Privacy Policy) |
| 3. | Once we have received your order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. |
| 4. | You will receive order confirmation by e-mail on the day your place your order. |
| 5. | If you order outside our business hours (8:00 am - 5:30 pm on weekdays), you will receive the order confirmation on the following business day. |
| 6. | The order confirmation includes a list of prices applying to you and the total amount to be transferred. |
| 7. | After receipt of order confirmation you must transfer the amount due to our account within three bank business days. The date of order confirmation applies to the payment deadline. |
| 8. | Once we receive payment from you the items are released to our logistics partner. |
| 9. | Upon release of the items to the delivery company you will receive a notice of delivery dispatch by e-mail. |
